The information provided is not exhaustive but intended to provide insight into the rate structure.

Program Centered Administrative and Consultee Centered Administrative Centered Consultation

  • Consultation: $125-175/hour
  • Research, preparation time: $125-175/hour
  • Calls, meetings, and video facilitated appointments: $125-175/hour
  • Travel
    • Per Diem Meals/Incidentals: $55-76/day (or established GSA rate by year)
    • Mileage: $0.56/mile (or established IRS standard mileage rate by year)
    • Time away from office to provide service: $600/day (this is separate of the hourly rate)
  • Official letter or forms completed by consultant – $100
    • 7 Business Days – Standard Service
    • 3 Business Days – Rush Service – $200

Client Centered Case Consultation (legal specific)

  • Preparation time (including submission of records or letters, summaries, narratives and/or reports): $225/hour
  • Calls, meetings, and video facilitated appointments: $225/hour
  • Depositions: $225/hour
  • Testimony: $225/hour
  • Time required in giving testimony: $225/hour
  • Travel
    • Per Diem Lodging: $96/night (or established GSA rate by year)
    • Per Diem Meals/Incidentals: $55-76/day (or established GSA rate by year)
    • Mileage: $0.56/mile (or established IRS standard mileage rate by year)
    • Time away from office due to depositions or testimony: $900/day (this is separate of the hourly rate for deposition and testimony and used for time awaiting to provide deposition or testimony)
  • Filing a document with the court: $150

Fees and disbursements for service shall include, but not be limited to, charges for legal and professional consultations, interviews, appointments, collateral appointments, reviewing documents and other evidence, interpretation of documents, preparing and providing reports, and court accompaniment where applicable.

All fees and costs incurred by the consultant require payments to be paid in full via electronic payment, certified funds, or business check. Consultee may be required to pay a deposit or retainer prior to delivery of services and enter into a contract or binding agreement.
