I have typically excelled in interviewing and things that I have fully pursued. I can count on my hand the number of times where I was not successful when pursuing a position. The few times I did not receive a call back left me a bit perplexed and wondering. I even recall a time when I did not get a position that I was certain I would get. This could have caused me to feel a sense of defeat walking away wanting to throw in the towel. Yet, it didn’t. Sometimes we can begin to identify with reasons why we aren’t qualified. Others may even believe that we aren’t. However, what you think is a disqualifier is your Qualifier. You can stand on what looks like a disqualification and win! ~MGc
